Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Buyxoco. They form a binding agreement between you and the Company that operates the Buyxoco platform.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Buyxoco platform, websites and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
2. About the Company
Buyxoco is a brand and trading name of Buyxoco Global Enterprise, a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, company registration number 25655767 BC 2012, with its registered office at Suite 245, Griffith Corporate Centre, P.O. Box 1485, Beachmont, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Company operates the Platform and provides the Services in accordance with applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Purchases & Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made at checkout or with your Buyxoco wallet balance. Wallet top-ups made with cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT) are credited after on-chain confirmation. Exchange between USDT and USD balance is provided at the displayed rate. Buyxoco is a marketplace for goods and is not a bank, money-services business, investment or trading platform; wallet balances are held solely to pay for goods and services on the Platform and permitted payouts.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
7. Returns & Refunds
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or your wallet balance. Certain items (e.g. perishables, opened consumables) may not be eligible for return.
8. Store Owners
Sellers (“Store Owners”) must complete registration, provide valid identification (KYC), and comply with all applicable laws. Buyxoco may review, approve, suspend or remove Store Owners at its discretion. Store Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfilment of their obligations to buyers.
9. Content
Product videos, reviews and other content must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights. By submitting content you grant Buyxoco a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, misrepresent products, manipulate reviews, launder funds, or infringe intellectual property rights.
11. Intellectual Property
The Buyxoco name, logo and Platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyxoco disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Privacy
We process personal data (including seller identification documents) only for account management, order fulfilment and verification purposes, and protect it with appropriate safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details. Identification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised administrators.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below shows when they were last revised. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
