Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or registering a shop: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order history, and — for shop owners — identity documents used solely for seller verification (KYC). Payment top-ups made in cryptocurrency are recorded with the transaction reference; we never store private keys.
How We Use It
Your data is used to fulfil orders, operate your wallet balance, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and (only if you opt in) send you updates about products and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, region and language. We currently run no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention & Security
Order and wallet records are retained as long as your account is active or as required for accounting. KYC documents are stored encrypted at rest on access-restricted infrastructure and are only reviewed for seller verification. You may request deletion of your account data at any time via the Help Center; legal retention obligations may apply to transaction records.
Your Rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent, by contacting support through the Help Center. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), we will honour access, portability and erasure requests within the statutory period.
