Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Personal care items, supplements with broken seals, and perishables are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Open the Help Center, submit a ticket with your order number and the items you want to return. Our team responds within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your Buyxoco wallet balance immediately after the return is approved, and can be used for new orders or converted per the wallet rules. If your order was paid partly by promotion, only the amount actually paid is refunded.

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will refund or reship at no cost, no return required in most cases.

Late or Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 days (30 days for remote areas), we treat the package as lost and offer a full refund or free reshipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
