How do I pay for an order?
You can pay from your prepaid wallet balance, which is deducted at checkout. Top up your wallet with crypto (USDT or BTC) from the Wallet page. Orders are paid instantly from your wallet balance at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
What is your return & refund policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet balance. See Returns & Refunds.
Something is wrong with my order — what do I do?
Open a dispute from the Disputes & Refunds page. Our team reviews each case and issues approved refunds to your wallet.
